POSITION: Outside Sales Representative Region: Peel (Mississauga/Brampton)
Position Summary shredEX is currently seeking an energetic and driven individual with a proven track record in business-to-business sales. This role is geared for a business development specialist who understands the importance of building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to market document destruction services to a variety of prospects, ranging from small business owners to complex accounts. Utilizing a consultative selling approach, the OSR will: - Demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills,
- Communicate effective pricing and service strategies
- Engage prospects, leads and customers, throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities - Submit a ‘Territory Action Plan’ on a quarterly basis
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets as set by the Regional Sales Manager
- Identify new business opportunities through regular cold calling by phone or door knocking to prospective, existing and former, clients
- Committed outside sales prospecting and developing relationships with new clients within your territory.
- Implementing Client Care objectives to ensure high service standards are maintained.
- Submit weekly reports indicating opportunities, activities and sales through the pipeline.
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years in business to business sales
- Experience in Waste Management, Records Management, Document Destruction sales is a definite asset.
- Must be well organized with proficiency in use of contact management software
- Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or Marketing
