POSITION: Inside Sales Representative Region: Toronto
Position Summary Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic sales programs, as well as implementation of Client Care policies. Responsibilities - Achieving all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, closing, rate, quota, etc.)
- Minimum achievement with assigned revenue and gross profit dollar quota to goal
- Provide pricing and contact pricing to customers as required
- Position solutions and service programs suited to customer request
- Maintain current customer profiles and information as requested
- Process request to customer service when applicable
- Outbound calls, servicing the client where applicable
- Handling incoming calls for the call center
- Work in co-operation with the Dispatch manager to effectively schedule service calls for maximum cost-efficiency.
- Provide help in developing accounts with outside employee
- Provide excellent follow up to customer requests
- Provide excellent customer service towards all accounts
Qualifications - 1 year Inside Sales experience or 2 years industry related experience
- Outgoing and vibrant personality with a strong desire to learn
- Team player with Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational skills
- Innovative and self-motivated
- Extensive knowledge and experience with MS Office
- Completion of relevant post secondary diploma or degree from accredited College or University
